SUMMARY

  • Number of Post-Distribution Monitoring implemented by health partners progressively increased with the reminders from the health cluster (January – November).
  • 2/3 of organizations implementing PDM has obtained information on HFs they served.
  • Medicine distribution by health partners concentrated in the Eastern and Southern Oblasts.
  • Antibiotics, painkillers, consumables and IV drugs/fluids were among the most “requested”, “provided” and “consumed” categories.
  • Based on the drugs distributed by partners, it would take an average of 8 – 12 weeks for them to be completely used.
  • Following the distribution of medicines, 73% of partners had conducted the PDM within a 6-week period.
  • Most of the PDMs were conducted through phone calls (41%), facility visits (43%) or both (16%).
